Our vision is that everybody can benefit from entrepreneurial ways of thinking and acting. You don’t have to be running your own business to benefit from an entrepreneurial mindset. This is for everybody. This is for you.

Simply put, the mindset is a definition of the way that entrepreneurs think and act e.g. they come up with new ideas to meet people’s needs. We want to show you how you can benefit from adopting these behaviours in your daily life.

It really matters whether people - your boss, your colleagues, you - have the right mindset. With the right mindset you will be able to take control of your life, get more done and ultimately be more successful.

Without the right mindset you will feel like you have to just put up with the way things are.  You will be unable to see how things could change for the better. Without the mindset you may well feel demotivated and disempowered.

The mindset is a set of behaviours that lead to successful outcomes. You can benefit from having an entrepreneurial mindset and equally if you don’t have the mindset then you are definitely going to miss out.

Present your great idea to someone with the wrong mindset and they will be able to give you ten reasons why it won’t work. Share your idea with someone with the right mindset and they will say “ok, let’s work out how to make this happen.”

With the right mindset you will be able to create new ideas, take the initiative, have a good work/life balance and make a real difference. The right mindset fills you with confidence and determination.

Entrepreneurial ways of thinking and acting are driving improvements in education, healthcare and local government. The mindset is relevant if you are employed in a private, public or not-for-profit organisation.
